Safety first: for the patient, the caregiver and the community
SafetyMeds Healthcare College is a specialised healthcare and medical training college in Lekki, Lagos. We prepare the next generation of healthcare workers for Nigeria, Canada, the USA, the UK and beyond.Our institution was founded on one core principle: Safety First — for the patient, for the caregiver and for the community. Our curriculum is practical, hands-on and job-focused. It is designed to get you employed, not just certified.

Patient and caregiver safety comes before everything else, and 100% competence is required in hand hygiene, PPE and CPR.

Practical by design, safe by default
Learn by doing
About 70% of class time is hands-on: demonstration, return demonstration and repeated supervised practice until skills are signed off.
100% on patient safety
Hand hygiene, PPE and CPR must be passed at 100%. Patient safety is never a partial mark.
Small groups
A maximum of 25 students per cohort keeps instructors close to every learner.
A 20-skill logbook
Every mandatory skill is signed only after you perform it correctly three times independently.
Blended learning
Weekend campus classes, live-streamed sessions and a 24/7 portal for notes, videos and quizzes.
Career-ready graduates
Résumé workshops, mock interviews, reference letters and placement support are built in.
