About this program
The Healthcare Assistance Certificate is designed to train competent, compassionate and safety-conscious Healthcare Assistants who provide basic nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, in hospitals, nursing homes and home-care settings in Nigeria and abroad (Canada, UK and USA pathways).
The programme is practical-focused, with emphasis on patient dignity, infection control and clinical skills. It follows international HCA/CNA benchmarks and is delivered over 12 weekends, so you can keep your job or school schedule.

Questions about this program
What are the admission requirements?
For the Certificate: at least 5 credits in SSCE (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) including English, age 17 or above, a valid means of identification, two passport photographs and a passion for caring. The Diploma also asks for Biology or Health Science, age 18+, and an interview.
